James S. Brasher
Mr. Brasher brings 11 years of civil litigation experience to the firm. During this time he has tried numerous complex cases involving:
- Breach of contract
- Employment disputes
- Civil matters in both civil and administrative Courts
Mr. Brasher earned a double Major at the University of California at Santa Barbara, completing his BA in 1990 with Honors and earned his Juris Doctor Degree at California Western School of Law in 1993.
He and his wife, have three children. He enjoys softball and plays in several leagues, including the San Diego County Bar Softball League. Mr. Brasher also enjoys a variety of other sports including, golf, volleyball and skiing.
