Lauren M. Fair

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ms. Fair graduated summa cum laude from San Diego State University with a degree in International Business, where she was selected as the Outstanding Graduate in her major. During her time at SDSU, Ms. Fair spent a semester in France studying European business and culture.

Ms. Fair earned her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Fair was a judicial extern to a Santa Clara County Superior Court judge, interned as a Bar-certified law student with the Santa Clara County Office of the Public Defender, provided research assistance to Professor Gerald F. Uelmen, and worked as a law clerk at a family law firm in San Jose, California. Ms. Fair served as Senior Technical Editor of the Santa Clara Law Review and received several academic awards for her achievement in Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing; Advanced Criminal Procedure; and the Northern California Innocence Project.

Prior to joining Moore, Schulman & Moore, APC as an associate attorney, Ms. Fair was a law clerk for the firm.

In her free time, Ms. Fair enjoys playing tennis, traveling in France, and spending time with her family and friends.
