Shannon B. Miles
A native of Virginia, Ms. Miles has spent the last twelve years in San Diego, California. Ms. Miles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of California, San Diego. While attending UCSD, Ms. Miles spent a semester abroad in Madrid, Spain, studying Spanish Literature. Ms. Miles then went on to earn her law degree from California Western School of Law, graduating in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Miles worked as a judicial law clerk for the United States Marine Corps Western Judicial Circuit based in Camp Pendleton. She also spent a semester abroad in Prague, Czech Republic and Galway, Ireland at the Irish Center for Human Rights. As a "Street Law" volunteer Ms. Miles devoted pro bono hours to 9th graders as a mock trial team coach and was recognized by California Western's Pro Bono Honor Society. Ms. Miles worked as a law clerk for Moore, Schulman & Moore, APC prior to joining the firm as an associate attorney.
In her free time, Ms. Miles enjoys international travel and spending time with her friends and family.
